Will this actually work with our messy knowledge base?
Yes · it's literally what we're built for. Aivastark handles half-finished help pages, outdated PDFs, and conflicting FAQs by preferring the most recent source and citing exactly which doc it used. Your team sees every answer with its source, so cleaning up wrong docs becomes a two-minute weekly habit, not a six-month project.
What if our docs are outdated?
Two safety nets. First, every answer cites its source · so when a customer says "that's wrong, we ship FedEx now," you see exactly which doc to fix, and the agent answers from the new version once it's re-indexed. Second, re-crawl on demand, or on a schedule from Growth, so updates reach the agent without anyone remembering to re-upload.
Can we trust an AI to represent our brand?
You control what it says. It answers from the knowledge you give it, in the name, tone and answer length you set, with your own instructions for brand voice. And when it can't help, or a customer asks for a person, it hands off to your team instead of inventing something cringeworthy.
What's the catch? When does it get expensive?
There isn't one. Flat monthly pricing with a credit allowance on every plan. Past the allowance, overage is a published per-1,000-credit rate that gets cheaper on higher tiers, and your assistant keeps answering instead of switching off. No per-conversation fees, no surprise bill when traffic spikes.
How is this different from Chatbase?

What happens when the agent doesn't know the answer?
It says so, honestly, and offers a human. A customer who asks for a person, or takes that offer, lands in your unified inbox with the full thread and their contact details attached. No hallucinated tracking numbers, no fake policy quotes.
Can I see every conversation?
Yes. Every conversation is in your dashboard with each message, the knowledge sources behind each answer and how it ended, and you can export it as CSV.
How do you handle customer PII?
Customer data is isolated to your organisation with row-level security, and Aivastark doesn't train or fine-tune AI models on it. Messages reach the AI model as written, so ask customers not to share card numbers or passwords in chat. A GDPR DPA is included on every plan, and you can delete a conversation or a visitor's data whenever you need to.
Will the agent sound like our brand?
Yes. You set the agent's name, tone and answer length, and give it your own instructions for brand voice. Your name, colours and logo show on every plan; the small "Powered by Aivastark" badge can be switched off on Scale.
Does the agent speak my customers' languages?
Yes. The agent handles 80+ languages and replies in the language each visitor writes in, including Roman Urdu. You can limit it to the languages your team supports in AI Settings.
